3. HP 901XL Packs. The 901XL cartridges are the exact same ink and container model as the standard HP 901 range, but you get a much higher page yield per cartridge. For example, a standard 901 black cartridge will deliver about 200 pages of print, while the standard 901 tricolor one will deliver about 360 pages of print.
Compare that to the black 901XL cartridge which will deliver about 700 pages of print per container! The price difference between the standard cartridge and the XL version is not substantial, so it makes economical sense to purchase the XL model if possible.
